Information on pre-sale codes, new content, and other membership perks will be emailed to members in a newsletter at the beginning of each month. This newsletter will be the main hub for membership information and updates. 

How do I log in and out?

To log in or out, visit the Sara Evans Fan Club page listed in our main menu navigation. The page provides all the necessary features for members to join, log in, and access their perks. If you're already logged in, you can log out from the same page.

I signed up! How do I access my perks?

Great! After signing up, you'll have access to all of the exclusive perks listed on your membership tier page. This page serves as a central hub for members to manage their subscription and see all their exclusive perks. Simply log in, and all your perks will be visible there.

How do I manage my membership subscription?

To manage your membership subscription, head over to the membership page on our Shopify store. This page allows members to sign up, manage their subscription details, and access exclusive benefits. After logging in, you'll find options to modify or cancel your membership as needed.

Which payment methods are accepted?

 We accept a variety of payment methods through our Shopify store. These include major credit cards, PayPal, and other standard payment options available on Shopify.

How frequently are new perks for members released?

New perks for members are introduced periodically. All updates and new benefits will be listed on the exclusive membership page on our Shopify store. Ensure you log in regularly to stay updated. We will also send out monthly updates via email.

How can I request tickets if I am a Platinum or Diamond member? 


  • A ticket request form for Platinum members can be found here. Ticket requests for Diamond members can be found here. 
  • If you've chosen to pay monthly, a minimum of 3 months are required before the rewards are activated.
  • If you've chosen to pay annually, rewards activate immediately.
  • Once you submit the form, you will receive an email within 5 business days to let you know if your request has been approved. 
  • Ticket requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the day of the show. 
  •  

    How do I receive my merch discount?  

    Once you are logged in to your account, discounts will be automatically added to your checkout balance. 10% - Gold, 15% - Platinum, 20% - Diamond.
